who even am i?

Hi I’m Dee. I grew up in a family where food was cooked from scratch every day. Many of us did. Food was simple, choices were limited – eating was uncomplicated! Unfortunately the modern food landscape is anything but simple for a lot of people.

Juggling busy schedules, navigating constant temptations and being bombarded by endless ‘health’ information, many people are feeling more confused than ever, and sadly, less well than ever.
