Half-Day Group Session:
Your gut does a lot more than digest food— it influences your energy, mood, immunity, sleep, and overall wellbeing.
But gut health is a huge, complex area, and there’s no one-size-fits-all approach. That’s where this workshop comes in: a friendly, practical primer to help you understand how your gut works and the many factors that can help or hinder it.
This workshop won’t give individual prescriptions – instead, you’ll leave with a toolkit to take control of your gut, build resilience, and start making choices that support your wellbeing. Whether you’re curious, experiencing digestive discomfort, or just want to optimise your health, this session gives you the knowledge, confidence, and practical tips to get started.
*Please note that this is an historical building and unfortunately not suitable for those with accessibility needs. If this excludes you please contact me directly and I will endeavour to facilitate you some other way.
*Please also note that we cannot cater for anyone with serious allergies (airborne nut etc.). At this workshop I will demo a small range of simple meals both vegan and omnivorous which you will be welcome to taste, but please send an email if you have specific dietary requirements and I will do my very best to cater for you.
