INGREDIENTS:

Organic flaxseed milled, organic chia seed milled, organic raw cacao powder, organic ceylon cinnamon, himalayan salt.

ALLERGENS:

No known allergens but packed in an environment with soybeans, peanuts and nuts.

Store in the fridge. Once mixed will keep approx 5 days (milk dependant).

Step 1

Pour the contents of the pouch into your dish / bowl.

Step 2

Add about 320ml of milk – dairy, oat, nut or coconut – you decide!

Step 3

Mix thoroughly in a blender (ideal!) or with a fork. It’s powdery so go slow and stir until it all blends nicely… Why not repeat an affirmation from the slowdown deck while you stir?

Step 4

Pop into the fridge overnight and let it turn into the nourishing pudding your body craves.

Step 5

Spoon a few tablespoons (start with 3 or 4 – it’s very filling) into your bowl, add some honey or maple , top with your favourite Greek yoghurt and berries or whatever fruit is lurking in that bowl on the counter! You can pimp it up anyway you like with nuts, peanut butter,  more seeds?  – go crazy!

Note

This is real raw food, with no sugar added, and it may take your taste buds a while to get used to it so feel free to add sugar / honey / maple to taste while you adjust.

Also if you don’t eat a lot of fibre then introduce new high fibre foods slowly – your gut will thank you and soon you’ll be developing lots of wonderful health giving new colonies of bacteria in your microbiome!

Natural food can vary and preferences vary so if the texture with 320ml of milk is too ‘pudding-y’ for your taste then add more milk – you could even add some coffee for those tiaramisu vibes!

TIP: You could blitz a banana or a handful of dates into the milk for some natural sweetness and even more nutrients and flavour!
